APPLICATION GUIDELINES FOR VOCATIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS

Applications are to be submitted through the designated link only.
No applications, cvs, biodata are to be sent via email, whatsapp or handed over physically at our office.
Yuvaan Educative LLP will not be responsible for any external technical issues impacting the application procedure.
The applicant’s qualification should compulsorily match with any one of the qualification options available under the “SELECT QUALIFICATION FOR TRADE” drop down criteria on the online application form.
You are requested to refrain from furnishing incorrect qualifications for application processing purposes. Such practices will lead to direct cancellation of your candidature, when detected.
Invitation received for the evaluation process on the basis of incorrect qualification submission will be considered an unfair practice on the part of the applicant & lead to his/her automatic disqualification during the physical document verification stage or even after selection.
There is no reimbursement of any kind for attending the evaluation process.
Yuvaan Educative LLP will not be responsible for delays in attending the evaluation process owing to any reasons such as health issues, transport delays, road blockades, train/bus cancellations etc. Hence no alternative evaluation dates will be allocated on account of these external factors.
Post evaluation completion, Yuvaan Educative LLP will only notify the shortlisted candidates via email. Applicants who were not shortlisted based on performance in evaluation procedure will not be necessarily contacted or notified.
Only the applicant will be allowed to enter the evaluation venue for security and confidentiality purposes. However, 1 attendant may be allowed in case of applicants who are lactating mothers.
Lactating mothers will be queued in separately for the evaluation process.
The evaluation process may or may not conclude as per schedule, hence applicants are required to stay prepared for such unprecedented delays which may require them to reschedule return tickets or extend stay in the city where evaluation is taking place. No reimbursements of any nature are committed on account of such delays.
An applicant must furnish his/her accurate email id during the application procedure. The email id should belong to the primary applicant and should not be owned by other parties such as family members, friends, consultants etc.
Applicants whose academic qualifications match the eligibility criteria, will, receive an invitation for evaluation only by email. Hence applicants are required to check their email inboxes, spam sections etc. frequently so as not to miss out on the notification/communication for further processes.
The engagement is purely on contractual basis.
The candidate must have proficiency in reading, writing and speaking the respective medium of instruction of the school, which could be Assamese, Bengali, Bodo and English.
Only recognised qualifications from approved awarding bodies will be considered.
Yuvaan Educative LLP doesn’t engage personnel/service providers through any consultants/agents/manpower agencies etc. Anyone dealing with such agencies/companies/individuals will do so at their own risk. Selection of all Vocational Service Providers is purely on merit.
